Vendor registration improves visibility for suitable sourcing events but does not guarantee an enquiry, commercial selection, or order. Participation remains subject to category relevance, capacity, quality, documentation, commercial competitiveness, and client requirements.
How verification works
Registration is a review, not a rubber stamp
Verification never happens entirely on the client side. Every application moves through a documented sequence before qualification.

Format validation
Registration identifiers are checked for structural validity — a first filter, never a verification.

Document receipt
Submitted certificates and profiles are logged for review with a receipt record.

Official Source Verification
GST, MCA, Udyam, and BIS details are verified against official sources where applicable.

Human review
Category fit, capacity, quality, and commercial readiness are assessed by the Krayan team.
After these steps: category assessment, capacity and quality review, commercial qualification, and finally approval or a further-information request. No vendor is marked verified on a format check alone.
