We also record the consent timestamp, the page you submitted from, and standard attribution parameters (such as UTM values) so we understand how enquiries reach us.
How we use information
Enquiry details are used to respond to your request and to prepare for discussions you ask for. Vendor information is used for qualification review and for matching suppliers to relevant sourcing events. Career information is used for recruitment review.
We do not sell your information. We do not publish vendor submissions, documents, or enquiry details publicly.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored in controlled systems with access limited to the Krayan team. Vendor documents are held in private storage and reviewed only for qualification purposes.
You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to info@krayan.in. Vendor-document deletion requests are honoured subject to any ongoing legal or contractual requirement.
Cookies and analytics
Essential storage keeps the site functioning. Optional analytics load only after you explicitly accept them through the consent banner; declining imposes no penalty.
